Outdoor Cardio

Outdoor Cardio Circuit Training. A dynamic, one-hour full-body conditioning class on the Eastside Promenade every Friday at 9:00 AM. Fuses strength training with cardio endurance — targeting core, quads, glutes, and more. Averages 5,000 steps per session. Moves indoors in bad weather. Best for: endurance, weight loss, strength building, fresh-air fitness

Balance-Fitness-Agility

Balance, Fitness & Agility (BFA). A low-impact functional movement class for all ages and fitness levels. Each session builds core strength, stability, and reflexes through guided movement, light cardio, and balance drills. Safe for beginners and those recovering from injury. Best for: fall prevention, active aging, injury recovery, improved coordination

Cardio Kickboxing

Cardio Kickboxing. A high-energy class combining the power of kickboxing technique with aerobic conditioning for a full-body workout that sculpts, sweats, and transforms. Burns up to 800 calories per session. Suitable for all fitness levels — no prior experience required. Best for: calorie burn, stress relief, lean muscle building, high-energy fitness

Stretch and Sculpt

Sculpt and Stretch. A slow, intentional fusion class combining core conditioning with restorative stretching. Uses controlled bodyweight exercises to sculpt key muscle groups, then transitions into guided stretching targeting hamstrings, hips, shoulders, and spine. Low-impact and suitable for all levels. Best for: flexibility, injury prevention, active recovery, mindful movement

Core Blast Pilates
