What Are People Saying about Tai Chi at Active Studios NYC, Upper East Side?

Great!

Reign George

Recently had the opportunity to take a Tai Chi class on Friday at 11am. This was my first time, so I was feeling a bit intimidated. But, from the time I entered, the instructors, front desk as well as the patrons were all very accommodating, friendly and welcoming. The class was intimate and patrons were checked in on and encouraged to ask questions for clarity throughout the class. What a gem!

This is a fabulous studio dedicated to physical and mental health, and I’ve absolutely fallen in love with the tai chi classes. The instructor is incredibly patient and helpful and inspiring, and the variety of people that come to class is amazing and has formed an extra community I love to be with. There’s so much else here as well — ballet, kick boxing, yoga, sound baths, and Reiki.
